14:11 < TheSeven> after that, the display should be off, but a DFU device should be connected to your PC and be visible in the device manager

21:59 < TheSeven> well, either figure out what's happening with that driver, use a different machine (or operating system) where it doesn't happen, or use the itunes way of installation
