13:46 < Tom_Sawyer> if you find a friend who has itunes installed, you can copy the iTunes drivers from the installation without actually having to instal that awful software ;)

When I turn on Track Skip Beep (I've only tried the Weak setting) the music eventually starts to "stutter" and it can even lead to a full lock-up until reboot. The stuttering doesn't happen right away, seems like it happens after skipping tracks about a dozen times or so. I've turned Track Skip Beep completely off and it seems like the issue has

14:52 < Sorcerer> I also have the latest version of Rockbox on my Sansa e200 v2 and it doesn't have this issue. I think it's an iPod Classic port specific issue.

14:54 < Sorcerer> When I was using r692 (only for a few days before updating to r708) I did experience a white screen of death a couple of times while out and about (which is the only reason I didn't write down the info it gave, sorry).
