12:56 < TheSeven> no, just get rid of itunes and mobiledevicehelper, and press and hold menu+select again
12:56 < [Saint]> you can just tell iTunes to fuck off (uninstall it) and use a custom driver to do this also...
12:56 < [Saint]> (you'll need .NET Framework 3.5 installed as well though)

12:57 < TheSeven> but usually you should be able to just reset it again to boot it up normally, and then enter dfu again
