[09:20:50] tweek__: emcore installer can/will reformat it [09:23:04] without asking me? [11:27:29] no of course [11:27:38] there's a screen with a warning message on it [11:28:35] if it doesn't need formatting (i.e. when updating emcore), this screen is skipped and the flashing process takes place immediately [14:18:45] *** Joins: benedikt93 (~benedikt9@unaffiliated/benedikt93) [15:38:07] *** Quits: cyb3rkn19ht (~cyb3rkn19@c-67-172-198-4.hsd1.va.comcast.net) (Ping timeout: 256 seconds) [15:50:42] *** Joins: cyb3rkn19ht (~cyb3rkn19@c-67-172-213-37.hsd1.va.comcast.net) [17:14:43] *** Quits: benedikt93 (~benedikt9@unaffiliated/benedikt93) (Quit: Bye ;)) [20:53:39] tweek__ There is a reformat data partition option in the settings of emcore. That sounds like what you are looking for. Also I just check my rockbox partition and it is fat32. user890104 is correct it does it automatically. [21:03:04] cyb3rkn19ht: right, both emcore and rockbox support only fat32 at the moment [21:04:25] and rockbox isn't going to support another fs (ever?), as decided by its developers - http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/NoDo [21:06:58] there's no such restriction about emcore so far, but i don't think anyone would bother implementing it [22:42:43] *** Quits: cyb3rkn19ht (~cyb3rkn19@c-67-172-213-37.hsd1.va.comcast.net) (Ping timeout: 246 seconds) [22:55:13] *** Joins: cyb3rkn19ht (~cyb3rkn19@c-67-172-198-4.hsd1.va.comcast.net) [23:18:56] *** Joins: [Saint_] (~saint@rockbox/user/saint) [23:19:54] *** Quits: [Saint] (~saint@rockbox/user/saint) (Ping timeout: 264 seconds)
