[16:27:02] I have an older version of Windows XP, and it has an ipod USB device driver installed, possibly from an ipod Video that I put Rockbox on several years ago [16:29:15] I'm trying to get to the step where I see a mounted volume called UMSBoot, but the current driver connects the device as a 160 GB FAT32 drive [16:29:55] I tried to uninstall the driver, but after reboot, I still see the FAT32 160GB disk when I connect [16:33:28] Also, if I try to update the driver with the one I downloaded from emcore, it errors out and says there is no hardware info included (with the driver?) [16:37:45] Update: I don't think I held the device (ipod) in reset long enough to get to the required mode! [16:49:06] thanks for listening [16:49:22] everything is working [16:52:02] *** Quits: tom___ (ad45c213@gateway/web/freenode/ip.173.69.194.19) (Quit: Page closed)
