[16:26:58] Dubloon: did you watch the video on the installation page? [16:32:06] Yes, I'm sure that I'm doing it right, my computer just doesn't seem to recognize it in DFU mode. [16:33:14] what operating system are you using? [16:37:08] Windows 7 64 bit [16:37:36] can you try another usb port [16:38:15] I've tried 4 different ones. [16:38:37] I did get it to work once though, but I messed up the installation [16:38:53] does anything new appear in device manager when you plug it in? [16:39:31] In DFU mode? [16:41:26] well, first you plug the cable in, *then* you enter dfu mode [16:41:50] trying to enter dfu mode without a usb cable plugged in isn't going to work at all [16:43:45] Should I keep the iPod Service process running? [16:50:38] depends on which way of installation you have choosen [16:50:58] Thanks for your help, but it's late and I'm going to go to bed. I may be back tomorrow [16:51:08] *** Quits: Dubloon (1b2154c9@gateway/web/freenode/ip.27.33.84.201) (Quit: Page closed) [22:44:54] *** Joins: benedikt93 (~benedikt9@unaffiliated/benedikt93)
