[22:49:21] <oddish_> hello. i'm stuck on the first bit of installing rockbox to my ipod - when i try to run the bootstrap_ipodclassic_itunes.exe it was at first giving me "error 31" and now on the second try it says it cannot connect to the DFU device. any advice?

[23:06:58] <user890104> restart the ipod by holding menu+select, then try to enter DFU again
