[15:12:52] <Guest7342> I ended the processes in task manager and held the MEnu/Start buttons down until screen went black but no recovery driver appears - any ideas?
[15:17:43] <Guest7342> Under Devices & Printers I found a "Apple Mobile Device USB driver" - guess I'll try that. I thought I might see something in the Explorer window under Computer where all the other devices appear
