The power, volume, and playback state graphics are not displayed. The ipod does not mount, or appear in dmesg or lsusb. The ipod does not recover, and must be restarted with menu and select. The crash looks the same with 3 wires, on 3 computers, and 3 operating systems. 10:28 < timccc> About once an hour, the Ipod will successfully mount. After one mount, I can disconnect and remount repeatedly until I restart the ipod. After the restart, the ipod crashes like usual. If I connect the ipod while in the i/o debug screen, then I can navigate around rockbox, and the ipod displays the charger icon. View hardware info lists charging: false. So what do think? I see you're busy, and I don't expect or need immediate feedback. 10:29 < TheSeven> hm, does the ipod really lock up if it fails to mount? 10:29 < timccc> ya, i've left it sitting there for over 10 minutes 10:30 < TheSeven> it may need up to a minute to exit usb mode, because it has to do a dircache and tagcache rescan etc. 10:30 < TheSeven> ok 10:30 < TheSeven> that's interesting 10:30 < TheSeven> never seen that kind of misbehavior on mine 10:41 -!- TheSeven [~TheSeven@rockbox/developer/TheSeven] has quit [Read error: Connection reset by peer] 10:41 -!- TheSeven [~TheSeven@rockbox/developer/TheSeven] has joined #freemyipod 11:05 < fmibot> New commit by theseven (r443): emCORE: Fix execfirmware() 11:06 -!- Jiss [~Jiss@ip-11.net-82-216-242.rev.numericable.fr] has joined #freemyipod 11:06 < fmibot> r443 build result: embios: All green!
