09:52 < [Saint]> I successfully removed the init.emcoreapp that the installer failed to clean up, but it still gave the same error regarding API missmatch on boot.
09:53 < [Saint]> eventually the battery ran out (apparently it wasn't charging over USB either), and now it won't turn on at all.
09:54 < [Saint]> It just so happens to be the Nano with a stripped screw under the top bezel too...so I can't pop her open until I can get a drill small enough, and a drill bit fine enough, to drill the screw out of it's recess.

11:12 < [Saint]> I managed to sucessfully remove the offending init.emcoreapp, but after that it still gave the same error about wrong API 'til it eventually ran out of battery.
