19:53 < TheSeven> well, no warranty for anything, as usual, but we have made every possible effort to make that as failsafe as possible
19:53 < TheSeven> the instructions for recovering to the apple firmware are fairly trivial:
19:53 < TheSeven> enter DFU mode (as you did during installation), launch itunes, let it recover the ipod
19:54 < spyroboy> DFU mode is when you use that ipodfu python script and mount the 64mb device, right?

19:54 < TheSeven> assuming you used the itunes drivers for installation, and not our own ones (in that case you would have to uninstall those and reinstall the itunes drivers first, but that's a pc side only issue)

20:03 < TheSeven> it's classified as "unusable" on the rockbox side, mostly because of lacking dualboot support, wiping all data during installation, occasional crashes and not conforming to the usual rockbox installation process

20:04 < TheSeven> however, for tech-savvy guys that don't have a problem with these issues, i think it's suited for everyday use, with some exceptions
20:04 < TheSeven> expect it to lock up randomly once or twice a day (if i only knew why!)
